مدیریت ریسک اجتماعی

ریسک یعنی خطر یا پیشامد های ناگوار و پیش بینی نشده. و این امری تاریخی و انسانی است، زیرا بشر سعی دارد قوانین جامعه و تاریخ را بشناسد، و برای خود تبدیل به روند روتین نماید، تا بتواند پیش بینی داشته و فعالیت های خود را سروسامان بدهد. مثلا هر روز از خواب برمی خیزد، آفتاب طلوع می کند و این روند عادی شده است، اما اگر روزی نتواند برخیزد، یا آفتاب طلوع نکند، امری غیر قابل پیش بینی بوده و انسان قادر نیست، فورا خود را با ان تطبیق دهد! و ممکن است نابود شود. بنابر این یک طرف ریسک در نابودی، و طرف دیگر آن زندگی عادی است. مدیریت ریسک: تبدیل نوسانات به روند است. کرونا این روزها ریسک بزرگی فراهم کرده، که قابل پیش بینی نبوده است. لذا انسان سعی دارد با مدیریت ان، دوباره به روال عادی زندگی برگردد. اما اغلب کسانی که ریسک را نمی شناسند، قد علم می کنند! و لذا ریسک ادامه پیدا می کند، و شاید اصلا از بین نرود. اکنون پزشکان جراح در ایران، و یا سازمان بهداشت جهانی، مسئولیت این ریسک را پذیرفته اند، ولی قادر به شناخت ریسک و عوامل آن نیستند، لذا تلفات آن زیاد می شود. در حالیکه طب سنتی و بومی یا طب اسلامی، بهتر می توانست ان را کنترل و مدیریت کند. علت عدم شناخت دست اندرکاران این است، که هر روز ادعای تازه ای مطرح می کنند، و گاه اصلا می گویند این ویروس قابل شناخت نیست! طبیعتا کسی که نمی شناسد، باید جای خود را به دیگران بدهد! و اصرار بر حضور خود بر کرسی مدیریت ریسک، فقط زیان های جبران ناپذیر به نسل بشر است.  اگر در راس آن بجای مدیران ریسک پذیر و ریسک آشنا، یک پزشک جراح و متخصص باشد، او با دیدگاه خود همه ایران را ایزوله کرده، چون سرو کارش با اتاق عمل بوده، لذا همه مردم باید ماسک بزنند و دستکش بپوشند، از لباس گان هم برای محافظت استفاده کنند. یا اگر متخصص رشته داروسازی بود،الکل و آب ژاول و ژل ضد عفونی کننده را پیشنهاد خواهد نمود. در حالیکه ویروس شناس بزرگ می گویند: ویروس کشنده نیست، بلکه سیستم دفاعی بدن را تضعیف می کند، لذا اشخاص به دلایل دیگری می میرند. اما چنانچه یک مدیر متخصص ریسک اجتماعی مسئولیت آن را بپذیرد، از همه امکانات کشور استفاده می کند. بدون نگاه جناحی یا تخصص غیر ضروری، یا تعصب حزبی و گروهی، گرایش های مالی و اقتصادی، زمینه را برای حفاظت حداکثری مردم و نجات آنها آماده می کند. بطور مثال: حدود 12قرن است که مضجع شریف امام رضا ع، بطور تجربی مرکز درمان بیماریهای نادر و صعب العلاج است. شاید این 4هزار نفر که فوت کردند، به امام رضا متوسل می شدند، از بین نمی رفتند. تجربه های ثبت شده در دفتر کرامات امام رضا ع، این را نشان می دهد. ولی پزشکان که به تخصص غیر مربوط خود مغرور هستند، این را قبول نکرده، حتی دستور بستن درب های حضرتی را دادند. تا پیامی به مردم منتقل شود که: همه این 12قرن تجربه ممکن است دروغ باشد! و امام رضا در این شرایط نمی تواند کاری بکند. یا اینکه طب اسلامیف که همان طب الرضا هم هست، ادعا می کند میتواند بیماران بدحال را درمان کند، لذا این سه هزا و اندی بیمار بدحال را، به آنان بسپارند. چه بسا استفاده از ظرفیت طب اسلامی، که همان طب سنتی و بومی ایران می باشد، جان این افراد را نجات دهد. لذا این ظرفیت هم تعطیل شد! و نظرات انان را غیر علمی و غیر تحقیقی نامیدند. در حالیکه خودشان هر روز، مردم را به چیزی تهدیدمی کردند که اصلا علمی نبوده! و هیچ مقاله ای هم در این زمینه به اثبات نرسیده بود! مثلا می گفتند کرونا بر می گردد، یا بدتر شده یا ابدی می شود.

Now, surgeons in Iran, or the World Health Organization, have accepted responsibility for the risk, but are unable to identify the risk and its causes, so the death toll is rising. While traditional and indigenous medicine or Islamic medicine could better control and manage it. The reason for not recognizing those involved is that they make new claims every day, and sometimes they say that this virus is not recognizable at all! Naturally, someone who does not know should give his place to others! And insisting on being in a risk management chair is just irreparable damage to the human race. If, instead of being a risk-taking manager and a familiar risk manager, he is a surgeon and specialist, he has isolated the whole of Iran from his point of view, because he has been dealing with the operating room, so all people should wear masks and gloves, Also use for protection. Or, if you are a pharmaceutical specialist, you will be offered alcohol and javelin juice and antiseptic gel. While the big virologist says that the virus is not deadly, it weakens the body's immune system, so people die for other reasons. But if a social risk manager accepts responsibility, he will use all the facilities of the country. Without partisan views or unnecessary expertise, or partisan or group prejudice, financial and economic tendencies pave the way for maximum protection of the people and their salvation. For example, for about 12 centuries, the honorable shrine of Imam Reza (as) has been the experimental center for the treatment of rare and incurable diseases. Perhaps these 4,000 people who died resorted to Imam Reza would not have perished. The experiences recorded in Imam Reza's office of miracles show this.
