پاکسازی و بهسازی عراق

عراق کشوری در همسایگی ایران است، که اشتراکات فرهنگی و تاریخی بسیاری با ایران دارد. و اگر آن را ایران دوم بنامیم کم نگفته ایم، (عراق در اصل ایرانک بوده). یکی از مزایای این کشور استفاده از ان، بعنوان آلترناتیو ایران بوده، که دشمنان غربی، برای حمله به ایران از آنجا شروع میکردند. اما مردم عراق توانسته اند همه آنها را تبدیل به فرصت کنند، بطوریکه تمام هزینه های دریافتی از انگلیس، یا آمریکا را به ایران منتقل کرده اند. چه در زمان صدام، که همه سلاحهای اعطایی ابرقدرتها به صدام را، در یک مانور حمله ظاهری! به مرز ایران آورده و همه را تحویل ایران داده، خودشان هم تسلیم می کردند. چه اکنون نیز با اینکه مردم عراق، نیاز بیشتری به کمک دارند، آیت الله سیستانی 105میلیون دلار، برای کمک به کرونایی های ایران اختصاص داده است. البته خود ایشان نام و گذرنامه ایرانی دارند، و این نشان می دهد که فرقی بین ایران و عراق نیست(ایران و العراق لایمکن الفراق) عراق نیز با همین باور ها قدم جای پای ایران گذاشت، و پیروز شد. تشکیل حشد الشعبی در عراق، که به تقلید از نیروی سپاه قدس ایران است، نمونه دوستی دو ملت و یکی بودن آنها است. اما دشمن که چشم دیدار آنهارا ندارد، اخیر باعث انشعاب در این نیرو شده است. که البته در تمام سازمانها، امری طبیعی است. ولی راه جلوگیری از تفرقه، انجام وظایف جدید است. یعنی علت تفرقه حشد الشعبی این است که تقریبا، احساس می کنند ماموریت شان تمام شده! و باید به خانه هایشان برگردند. اما نمی دانند که عراق بیش از هر زمان دیگری، به وحدت آنها نیاز دارد. در لبنان و ایران یا سوریه، چون فرماندهی یکدست است، این مشکلات بروز نمی کند، ولی وجود پیشمرگه ها در عراق، این مسائل را ایجادمی کند. لذا پیشمرگه ها باید در ارتش عراق ادغام شوند، و یا در حشدالشعبی. و الا همیشه توطئه خواهند کرد. الان عراق کشوری است که از: سیل وزلزله و جنگ و طوفان، حملات آمریکایی ها و انفجارات پیشمرگه ها، در همه جای ان خرابی و بی نظمی به چشم می خورد. لذا وظیفه جدید حشد الشعبی، پاکسازی آثار جنگ و ویرانی است. و باز سازی آثار باقی مانده که میتوانند: به حیات خود ادامه دهند، تا عراق به کشوری زیبا و نظیف تبدیل شود. البته هزینه ای هم در بر نخواهد داشت! زیرا پاکسازی، دو برابر هزینه خود را زنده می کند. اولا زمین های پاکسازی شده را، برای کشاورزی میتوان استفاده کرد. یا آنها را به کشاوران واگذار یا به متقاضیان آزاد، فروخت. دوم اینکه ضایعات حاصله را، نیز دسته بندی کرده، به فروش ساند مانند: آهن آلات ضایعاتی یا دیگر مصالح به دست آمده. آمریکا در پایگاه عین الاسد، پس از موشک باران ایران، همین کار را کرد:آنجا را با خاک یکسان کرد، و هرچه بود به عنوان ضایعات، آن را به شرکتهای آمریکایی فروخت. علاوه بر اینکه میتوان ضایعات را دسته بندی، یا استحصال کرد و با ارزش افزوده قیمت گذاری کرد. حتی لایروبی دجله و فرات ثروتی است که: به آن طلای کثیف می گویند. نه تنها در عراق، در یمن و بحرین و همه کشورهای دنیا باید: نیروی کمکی ارتش تشکیل شود، تا اگر ارتش کلاسیک به لحاظ سازمانی، برخی تحرکات را نداشت، جایگزین آنها، انجام وظیفه کنند. و اگر حالت اضطراری رفع شد، به کمک ارگانهای دیگر بروند. ارتش و سپاه، نیروی انتظامی و بسیج در ایران، همیشه از مسئولیت اجتماعی استقبال کرده اند، لذا هیچگاه دشمنان نتوانسته اند آنها را تجزیه، یا نابود کنند. راه تمام ارتش های مردمی دنیا است. بقای آنها در احساس مسئولیت اجتماعی است، با کمک به مردم خود با تمام توان موجود، ضمن حفظ آمادگی رزمی و دفاعی، هیچگاه دچار پوچی نمیشوند.

In Lebanon and Iran or Syria, because the command is uniform, these problems do not arise, but the presence of Peshmerga in Iraq creates these problems. Therefore, the Peshmerga must be integrated into the Iraqi army, or into the popular mobilization. Otherwise, they will always conspire. Iraq is now a country that has been hit by floods, earthquakes, wars and storms, American attacks and peshmerga explosions. Therefore, the new task of the popular mobilization is to clean up the effects of war and destruction. And the reconstruction of the remaining works that can: continue to live, so that Iraq becomes a beautiful and clean country. Of course, it won't cost anything! Because cleansing doubles its cost. First of all, the cleared lands can be used for agriculture. He either handed them over to farmers or sold them to free applicants. Second, it also categorizes the resulting waste and sells the sand, such as waste iron or other materials. The United States did the same at the Ain al-Assad base after Iran's rain rocket: it razed it to the ground, and sold it to American companies for waste. In addition, waste can be categorized, or extracted, and priced with added value. Even the dredging of the Tigris and Euphrates is a treasure that is called dirty gold. Not only in Iraq, but in Yemen, Bahrain, and all over the world: the auxiliary forces of the army must be formed, so that if the classical army does not have some movement in terms of organization, they can be replaced.
